Scent Science Candle Bar invites you to a one-of-a-kind, immersive experience where you’ll craft your own signature scent. Explore the art of fragrance blending and candle pouring as you create a personalized candle that reflects your unique style. Guided by our team, you’ll enjoy a hands-on session designed to spark creativity and provide a truly memorable experience.
Please note that food is not permitted during the experience, except for private parties where guests are welcome to bring their own. Beverages are allowed as long as they are in a cup with a secure top or lid.
A non-refundable $15 Experience Deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your hands-on experience.

Groups of 5-6 (Non-Private Party Option):
For groups of five or more who wish to participate in an experience without booking a private party, a nominal fee of $5 per person applies. This fee helps us provide additional time, resources, and personalized guidance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for larger groups. The experience typically lasts about 90 minutes. - For groups of 5 or more, we ask that you pick up your items the next business day to allow time for proper packaging.

Private Party Groups (5-15 Guests):
For a more relaxed and social experience, we recommend booking a private party for groups of five or more. Larger gatherings typically require more time than our standard experiences, which are best suited for 1-4 guests. - Private parties allow your group to fully enjoy the experience without feeling rushed and offer time to socialize. As an added benefit, groups booking a private party receive $5 off per person for the experience.

Enhance your Scent Science experience with our Candle Refill Service. For just $15 or $20, depending on the vessel tier, you can refresh your cherished candles up to two times. Simply clean your originally selected vessel with soap and water, and our team will expertly refill it with your initial scent blend.
Once your refill is ready, we’ll notify you for pick-up. This service provides a sustainable way to extend your experience and continue enjoying your favorite aromas.
- The experience typically lasts about 60 minutes for 1-4 guests.
- Once your experience is complete, certain creations may require additional time to set or finalize. If applicable, you are welcome to return after the designated setting period or anytime before we close that day.
- For groups of 5 or more, we ask that you pick up your finished items the next business day to allow time for proper packaging. We also hold completed items for up to 30 days, so you’re welcome to return at a later date for pick-up.

AGE LIMITATIONS: For safety reasons, guests must be at least 10 years old to participate in the experience. Anyone under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian’s signature.
To ensure everyone’s safety, we do not allow children under 10 years old in the workshop area.
For any experience with participants aged 10-13, at least one responsible adult must be present on the premises for every four participants in this age range. This adult must remain present throughout the entire experience.
- CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY: (visible during payment window): We kindly suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled booking. We understand that navigating traffic and parking can be challenging in this area, so please allocate ample time for parking. To ensure that every guest enjoys the complete candle-making experience, we regretfully cannot accommodate guests arriving more than 15 minutes late. If you anticipate a delay, we recommend rescheduling for a later date. You have the flexibility to reschedule your class at any time.

We value your experience with us and understand that plans can change. To accommodate such changes while maintaining our service quality, please note the following update to our appointment policy:

One-Time Rescheduling: We offer the opportunity to reschedule your candle-pouring experience once, using the original deposit. This is applicable for cancellations made with at least 48 hours (2 days) notice prior to your scheduled appointment. We do not re-apply deposits to other guests within the reservation.

30-Day Window: The rescheduled experience must take place within 30 days of the original appointment date. Please ensure to choose a new date that fits within this time frame.
Remember, all deposits are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our scheduling efficiently.
