Food/Drink Policy: Food is permitted for parties only. Please ensure that all drinks are in a cup with a secure top or lid to maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone.
- Groups 5-6 No Party: For groups of five or more who wish to make candles without booking a private party, we add an additional fee of $5 per person. This fee helps us accommodate the additional time and attention needed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for larger groups. It typically takes about 90 minutes to create your custom scented candle. For groups of 5 or more we ask that you pick your candles up the next business day to allow time for packaging.
- Private Party Groups of 5+: We recommend booking a private party as these larger gatherings generally require more time than our standard candle pouring experience, which is designed for 1-4 guests. This allows your group to fully enjoy the experience without feeling rushed and time to socialize. Additionally, groups of five or more that book a party receive $5 off each candle pouring experience, allowing your group to fully enjoy the event at a great value. - Metro Collection $45: This collection includes candles in vessels with a chic, sophisticated look that evokes the energy and glamour of city life.
- Metro Luxe Collection $50: This collection includes candles in high-end vessels that mix modern and luxury elements.
- Candle Refill Service $15 or $20: Enhance your Scent Science experience with our Candle Refill Service. For just $15 or $20, depending on the vessel type, you can rejuvenate your cherished candles up to two times. Simply clean your originally purchased vessel with soap and water, and our skilled artisans will take care of the rest, expertly refilling it with your initial scent blend. We make it convenient for you: once your refill is ready, we'll notify you for pick-up. This service offers a sustainable way to relish your favorite aromas for an extended period.
- It typically takes about 60 minutes to create your custom scented candle.
- Once the candle making experience is done, the candles take about 2 hours to set enough for you to take them home. You can come back after those 2 hours or any time before we close that day. For groups of 5 or more we ask that you pick your candles up the next business day to allow time for packaging. We also hold your candles for up to 30 days, so feel free to come back another day to pick them up.
- AGE LIMITATIONS: Due to safety measures, guests must be at least 10 years old to participate in the class. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian signature. To ensure everyone’s safety, we do not allow children under the age of 10 years old in the workshop area. For every candle making session with participants aged 10-14, it is mandatory to have at least one responsible adult present on the premises for every three workshop participants within this age range. This adult must remain present throughout the entire duration of the workshop.
- CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY: (visible during payment window): We kindly suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled booking. We understand that navigating traffic and parking can be challenging in this area, so please allocate ample time for parking. To ensure that every guest enjoys the complete candle-making experience, we regretfully cannot accommodate guests arriving more than 15 minutes late. If you anticipate a delay, we recommend rescheduling for a later date. You have the flexibility to reschedule your class at any time.

One-Time Rescheduling: We offer the opportunity to reschedule your candle-pouring experience once, using the original admission fee. This is applicable for cancellations made with at least 48 hours (2 days) notice prior to your scheduled appointment. We do not re-apply admission fees to other guests within the reservation.

30-Day Window: The rescheduled experience must take place within 30 days of the original appointment date. Please ensure to choose a new date that fits within this time frame.
Remember, all admission fees are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our scheduling efficiently.
